This character administers the handling and coordination of maintenance to the craft in dry dock. This position coordinates flight operations necessary with the Flightdeck Operations Officer and security issues thru the Chief of Security's office.

The starbase has:

• 2 external drydocks capable of holding ships no larger than Galaxy class.
• 2 internal drydocks capable of holding up to 6 vessels each.
